It's how you deal with the mistakes that matter. I recently bought a 2017 Civic Touring and was less than satisfied with the treatment I received from a particular sales person. I contacted the owner, Greg, who was extremely apologetic. He was also more than willing to turn the situation around and, in the end, made this a positive experience for me. Mistakes happen. It's how you deal with the mistakes that matter. I would definitely recommend Honda West and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. More
