It was my first vehicle purchase as a functional adult. My previous vehicle broke down and I needed another one ASAP. I went to a couple different dealerships but none compared to Honda West. The moment you walk in you are greeted by warm faces. While customer service is expected to be good for these types of purchases, I was wowed by their exemplary service. I was connected with Jim Sarantis to close in on a car I loved. Boy am I ever grateful. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, go through every miniscule detail of the vehicle and the paperwork and I left there feeling wayyy more knowledgeable about my vehicle than I ever thought i would. He is pretty funny too, makes the process far less daunting. Curtis and Jonathan were equally welcoming and informative. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you coming in for their services and expertise. I had a wonderful experience. More

We spent weeks “mining” through sites on the internet searching for the right vehicle at the right price while staying within her budget. Previous to the purchase of this vehicle we had no idea what Honda West describes as “Market Value Pricing” on their used inventory. But let me assure you that their no haggle price was significantly lower than any equilivant vehicle we could find on the internet. Jim was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process , Joubert Malan in Financial Services was a pleasure to deal with with absolutely no hard sell (add on) tactics a lot of dealers use to pad their profit margin. We left feeling that we not only made the right choice on her vehicle we absolutely made the right choice in choosing Honda West ! More
