Not a pleasant experience. The sale was ok and the finance department was great. The problem came when it was time to take the car. Not a smooth translation at all. Our Sales Consultant, Nick Iozzo, was extremely helpful. He not only asked thoughtful questions about what we were looking for, but was attentive to giving us space to browse without pressure. We were dealt with as people, not just a means for making the next sale.
