Jason is the best service advisor I have had at any dealership from any manufacturer. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and relays information well to customers. Awesome service, booked me a week earlier than my original dealership for putting on my snow tires. They said it would take 45 minutes and were done even earlier. My recent visit to Toyota was yet another affirmation that my decision to go with a Toyota product and Service was the right move. His quick (and accurate) assessment of my issues with my old Tacoma proved quickly solvable, and had me back to work in no time!!!
