Jason and ToyotaTown are fantastic. 11.5/10. Car was dead and they resurrected it from the ashes, bringing it back to life in full swing. My car is driving like a Porsche Taycan Turbo S 11.5/10. Having been dropped off to pick up my car only to have to return minutes later as the issue resur when you realized the situation I was dealing with. The department was closed/closing, and as a customer I was confused as to what had happened and worried as I had critical commitments I required my vehicle for. You assessed the situation; my needs as a person (not only as a customer) and put a plan into action to have the diagnosis and repairs done asap. Nathalie you are the definition of outstanding customer service and care. You truly went above and beyond. The department was closing and I returned minutes after I had picked my vehicle. You merely saw the look of concern on my face as I was approaching the desk and you jumped into action. Found someone who was still available to listen to the situation and find a solution to address asap. From there you continued to support and ensure that not only did have all of the details that I needed to leave my vehicle; you also ensured I had way home as my ride had left when I picked up the vehicle and the shuttles were over for the day. When I asked about bus routes, you realized we lived in the same area and you graciously offered me a ride to my front door. You turned what felt like an awful situation into one filled with kindness. Thank you for all that you do. More
