Frank Circelli allowed me time to consider options and provided me with all information I needed to decide on a car. He's a super salesperson and appears to be genuinely interested in the needs of his clients. I would recommend Toyotatown and Frank to anyone that needs a new vehicle. More

Shawn Longworth is an absolutely great guy to deal with, and I appreciate his approach to his job so much so that I plan on being a lifetime customer. I purchased a brand new 2016 Rav4 XLE and was surprised at his knowledge of all the interior features, given how many there are. More surprising was the fact that I learned later on he'd negotiated me a discount when I'd never asked for one in the first place. His positive energy doesn't seem to be affected by the time of day, as any time I went to see him he was in an excellent mood. Shawn also regularly gives up time with family to work around the schedules of his customers, which says alot about his character. The same can be said for Janine Feenstra who took care of my financing in a very straightforward way and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. A highly recommendable pair. More

We were delighted to meet Ken Yates when we went to the showroom to check out the 2016 hybrid cars. Ken was easy to meet, brought a number of years of experience with Toyota products, had an openness to our interests and prior research, and brought a sense of integrity to his work. He explained how the internet has changed the way people shop for and negotiate the purchase of cars. Ken took us for a test drive and explained many of the features of the vehicle that interested us. He was also on top of the paperwork required and facilitated that in a timely fashion. Ken referred us to Janine Feenstra to work out financing and the dealer add-on options. We were also impressed with Janine's knowledge of the products and process involved in closing the deal. Great Sales Person My wife and I stopped in Toyota -Town while we were shopping in London. We were interested in the Rav4 but we were also interested in the Subaru Outback. The sales person that dealt with us was Terry Northrup. We test drove the Rav4 and Terry asked us if we wanted to go with or without him for the test drive. We asked him to come along. He answered all our questions and explained everything in a very professional manner. Before we left the dealership Terry provided us with some numbers that we requested. A few days later we made a deal which included our trade in. When we picked up our new vehicle Terry was there to make sure everything went smoothly and he sat in our new Rav4 along with us and explained how everything worked and answered the many questions that my wife had. It was a pleasure dealing with Terry and we looked forward to dealing with him in the future. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Janine Feenstra. She provided us with much information once we made our purchase. Our dealings with Janine were over the phone but when we picked up our RAV4 Janine approached us and introduced herself to us. More
