She answered our questions and took time to go over everything. Sean Cragg was also very helpful in securing the Highlander we wanted the most that was at another dealership. Janine Feenstra was our finance person who was also wonderful to deal with. She explained everything and never pressured us into purchasing things we did not need. We opted for leasing. Baz and the financial advisor Janine went through all the items with us, even working past closing time to ensure customer satisfaction. At time of vehicle pickup, Baz showed us how everything works in the vehicle, when to make regular service appointments and answered any and all questions we had. There it was - our 'new' 2012 Prius V (in red, no less!) clearly listed with all the amenities we were looking for and even some surprising extras! An email sent out over the weekend by us was quickly and professionally responded to by Tara Shepherd, the Customer Care Department specialist. Tara linked us with Product Advisor, Stephanie Davis, who I requested through her glowing recommendations found here on these reviews.
