EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehic We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehicle I do lots of research to see what the experts and the average person say about the vehicles that I am considering, and then I usually visit a few dealerships to look over the vehicles and ask questions. After checking out a couple other dealerships I went to Toyota Town where I was introduced to Kevin Swan. Kevin sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and he asked lots of questions and he showed me several new vehicles that I was interested in and answered all my questions. I returned a few days later with my wife and we test drove a vehicle that we liked but we found the back seat of the vehicle we test drove was just a bit small to fit our three grown daughters. I had mentioned to Kevin in our first meeting that we kept our Toyota's for a long time so Kevin asked if we would be interested in a slightly used Highlander with low mileage that had been sold and serviced by Toyota Town. We were interested but I was concerned that the 2013 Highlander Limited might be priced over our budget. Kevin showed us the vehicle and we took it for a ride and we were hooked. We worked out a deal that was within our budget and Kevin assured us that after Toyota Town's Detailers were finished with it, the vehicle would look like new. I arrived to pick-up the vehicle a few days later and the vehicle was out front, full of fuel, shining from top to bottom and spotless inside and out. It is so refreshing to have a dealership care enough about customer service to go above and beyond what even I expected. In the end we spent less money than we planned and got a vehicle that better suited our needs. We look forward to many years with the Highlander Limited and we are very grateful for the wonderful purchasing experience provided by Kevin and the Toyota Town team. Chris C, London Ontario More
