customer service!!!!! I always had my truck serviced at the same dealership for the last 13 years. The customer service was bad and getting worse. So I started shopping aro I always had my truck serviced at the same dealership for the last 13 years. The customer service was bad and getting worse. So I started shopping around for a new dealership to have my service work done. All I was looking for was the customer service part the front line guys who really deal with the customers. After checking out a few I went into Lakewood the customer service representative came and introduced himself to me and we just clicked right there he had what I was looking for the last piece of the puzzle. Customer Service the guy well I found my guy and it is James Logozar this guys is awesome!! he takes the time to go over everything with you no rush to get the next vehicle. More

Friendly and prompt service I brought my Uplander van to change the widshield and James help me out to make it sure that it will be done on time.
