I started dealing with sean simon on a new truck after he cold called me a few months ago. I was shocked at how much new trucks cost and it pretty well took me a month to get over that. We kept going back and forth building a new truck that was close to what i wanted, at a price that i could afford. I settled on the truck you see in the picture, and just to make sure i was getting a good deal i checked with 4 other dealers to compare. Out of that group only lakewood and 2 other dealers wanted to earn my business, but only lakewood worked out the best price and features that suited me best. I didnt choose the lowest price because i want good service and im willing to pay a little more to get it. The truck was ordered, built and came exactly as i wanted it to be several weeks later. I was hoping for more hp from the gas engine but settled for what is available for the price. The deal we struck was fair to both sides, there was no changes on their part and the whole process was done within a few hours of me showing up. Most of the delivery was spent on showing me new truck features. Im still lost but its so comfy . I would like to thank sean simon, danny bass, manita bains, kyle in parts and james logozar in service, as well as everyone else at the dealership whos names i dont know, i feel that i got a good deal, good value for my hard earned money and a beautiful new chev 3500 truck. Im completely satisfied, and if you buy from lakewood you will be too. Sincerely dan kostic. More

Excellent service by James Logozar We had 6 units that needed repairs after being in the NWT . They were Chevrolets and Dodges some with specialized Caps on them . They needed extensive repairs and James had them completed in a timely fashion and fair pricing . Some units needed to go to other shops to have repairs completed which James Looked after . New Truck Sales and Service Dept. I had taken my truck in for scheduled service. Upon review there was an issue which was now not covered as warranty had since passed. Based on Lakewoo I had taken my truck in for scheduled service. Upon review there was an issue which was now not covered as warranty had since passed. In every visit and for every matter (big or small) Erika, Alphonse, James, Paul and all the rest demonstrate their dogged determination to exceed my expectations and return my vehicle fully repaired with a minimal impact on my schedule. I usually get a call with an update while my vehicle is in service and a follow-up call after I've had it back a few days. Being a 29 year vet of the Sales & Service industry myself, I can appreciate the added value that Lakewood and their committed staff bring to Customer Satisfaction. More
