I pointed out the light indicating the tire pressure needed adjustment and he said no problem and had all the tire pressures checked and adjusted. This is the second time I have used the Service department and have always received excellent customer service. Fantastic follow up service! I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very I took my 2014 GMC Acadia in for a routine oil change and some minor maintenance issues (low tire, clunking in tail gate etc) and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently as I had my 2 young daughters with me. The service driver Floyd was great at making my 3 yr old at ease in the shuttle and helped to bring her to my door. When we were ready to be picked up, James ensured the shuttle would have room for us all to fit. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was discovered that the scheduled oil change had in fact been missed. I was a little annoyed at this because I had specifically booked in for this and would now need to return another day with my children to facilitate the oil change. James however was a great advisor and arranged to have my vehicle picked up and taken to the dealership for me and then they washed my car for me too!! TOP notch service!! Thanks to everyone who made it happen!! More

Completely Satisfied with service I had some mouldings sticking up on my car that I had purchased a couple of months ago. I called Lakewood and James made it very easy. He got me in for the next day and he kept in touch throughout the day about the status of my car. I was informed right away when they needed to order a part for it and when the new part came in. I have no complaints about the work that was done on it. This is my first purchase with Lakewood, but so far I highly recommend the dealer and I recommend James. More

Car Inspection 2005 Pontiac Pursuit I had my Mom's old car from Montreal inspected at Lakewood Chev. this past Wed Jan 11, 2017. Service Mgr James Logoczar was very helpful. Inspection I had my Mom's old car from Montreal inspected at Lakewood Chev. this past Wed Jan 11, 2017. Service Mgr James Logoczar was very helpful. Inspection was completed by 08.45 and they said they could complete necessary repairs right away. This was very encouraging, to have everything completed right away without making another appt. to have repairs done. . James was very resourceful in being able to get a front headlight assembly from an after market supplier, which in turn saved some extra money. I had brought some work with myself to complete while repairs were being completed., so I was able to keep busy, while the work was completed. The work was completed at 14.45 and the vehicle is in tiptop shape, to operate once again. Kudos to James and his team. I will recommend people to use Lakewood Chev in the future, as I have in the past. Many of the staff know me by name, which makes you feel like a valued customer. I am in sales in the transportation industry and can attest that many places don't have that warm, fuzzy feeling about them when they deal with you, you are just a number and not a valued associate.
