Excellent customer service Lakewood Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Every single person I have met is friendly, honest and go above and Lakewood Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Every single person I have met is friendly, honest and go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. I have my winter tires on my car and I got a nail stuck in one. I was supposed to be leaving for a trip the next day. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, James suggested that I switch to my summer. That made me feel that he honestly cares about his customers. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I ended up getting a new tire anyways. He brought it in for me the next day and even though they had a full day they even replaced it for me so I didn't have to delay my trip any longer. That is one example why I would hands down reccomend this dealership to anyone! Ask for James! You won't be disappointed! 😊 More

Avalanche service I feel many service stations over charge and talk down to a female. I was told by a service station that my Avalanche needed over $2,000 in repairs. Lakewood fixed the problem for less than $1,000.00. They also fixed a couple of small problems for no cost. When I got home my side mirrors were not working and James helped me get them going over the phone! I cannot say enough about the confidence I have at this service department. Thank you! More
