I am a customer from OTP for almost 4 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever Winter tires change and storage works like magic. Regular services are top notch. I have had an emergency one time and left the car parked there overnight, leaving the keys in a drop off window - could not be more convenient. This time I have been taken care by Hon Ho. Top notch professional, excellent know how about technical and mechanical issues, as well as courteous, friendly and adequate. Alisha works very hard - I left my car around noon and when I picked it up at 8:00pm she was there to take care of me. I am buying a new Toyota this year and it will be with Toyota OTP - thanks Bradley, we will reach out late April for the Sienna. (The price or the wheels alignment was a little steep $199+tax. I had my Lexus CT 200 done the same service the next day for $129+tax. Why Toyota is more expensive than Lexus? - owned by the same dealer?) More

The staff in the service area are very professional, attentive to customer needs and comfort. Very polite and friendly too! Especially the service manager who goes around and make sure everything is running smoothly and everybody is taken care of. These are excellent service that I personally experienced and also observed while waiting and sipping the complimentary coffee in the guest waiting area. More

My car was attended to right away by Mr Jean-Paul Ng, who was very welcoming and professional. Mr Hon Ho, the service consultant was also very professional and helpful and advised he will look into the noise problem I am experiencing with my car. I was even more impressed and felt like a VIP when Mr Mario Ng, stopped by and greeted me by name and took some time to listen to my car problem and pinpointed to the probable cause, which was the same thing Mr Ho suggested earlier. Overall excellent experience at this dealership. More
