I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. They are great. I have always been treated fairly, with respect and they go the extra distance to make sure everything is perfect. I've tried another Toyota service dept (right across from my workplace) but I came back to this one. Yes, its more inconvenient for me, but at the end of the day, the customer service, staff and the service is what matters. Great job guys! More

Service Staff The Service Staff are wonderful. They are pleasant and very accommodating. It is a joy to visit this Dealership. I have had to take the Rav 4 four The Service Staff are wonderful. They are pleasant and very accommodating. It is a joy to visit this Dealership. I have had to take the Rav 4 four times for recalls, and each time the one of the staff has noticed something else and suggested repair. They have quoted prices and given me the choice to have it fixed or not. I appreciate that. There is no harsh sales pitch. Thank you for the staff that makes you feel like a friend. More

Wonderfiul Services My car's engine light came and off in last few weeks. I took it in for a check up. The dealer tested the car and found that a vacuum hose was lose. They tightened it and decided not to charge me!!!! Wonderful More

The usual great service Lucky enough to be squeezed into an appointment before the long weekend (thanks to Hon!) for a routine service call but I forogt about the need to rep Lucky enough to be squeezed into an appointment before the long weekend (thanks to Hon!) for a routine service call but I forogt about the need to replace and do a number of recommended things (e.g. spark plugs, fuel injectors, replace coolant, etc). so the bill was staggering and ate into the getaway funds! Still, I guess it had to be done and the work was at the usual excellent standard and the pleasant service was the usual stellar level. I've been servicing many vehicles over many years that Toyota On The Park has been consistently the best in how they treat me and value me as a customer. A great many other garages could learn from them. More

Over and above Some people think I'm crazy for having service done at a dealer but I know I will get fast and thorough service at Toyota on the Park. I have dealt with Hon many times and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what is happening with my car. All necessary work is done and done well. Toyota service has made me a loyal Toyota customer for life. More

Always Great Customer Service There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every There is not enough I can say about the Customer Service both my wife (2008 Highlander Limited) or I (2001 Solara Convertible) receive each and every time we bring our vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. On my last visit, the Traction Control sensor and ABS was not working. After the initial diagnostic, Hon identified that the part would have cost me $4500 to replace. For a car that is 13 years old, that could have been a deal breaker in the decision not to keep it. I'm hoping to keep the car for a few more years as it's in excellent condition. Hon suggested that I replace the part with a used replacement for 15% of the new cost. More

Great Service - Thank you I wanted to thank the various staff at Toyota on the Park, who serviced my RAV 4 yesterday. I came in with a strange noise in the rear, I went for a " I wanted to thank the various staff at Toyota on the Park, who serviced my RAV 4 yesterday. I came in with a strange noise in the rear, I went for a "guest drive" only to find my back door hinge was really loose, they fixed it plus I requested an oil change. All I paid for was the oil change and I felt all my concerns for the safety of my vehicle where met with understanding and compassion and Sham even went so far as to buff out a few scratches while I waited. I've always serviced my vehicle at this location and will continue to do so! I good experience all round! Thank you More

I also appreciate how they work as a team, both Hon and Paul are courteous and friendly, as are all the service advisors I have dealt with in the past. More
