Honest, courteous, professional I bought my 2015 Sienna from Toyota On The Park brand new. I have been in for my scheduled service as well as a few other issues that have come up. Mario Ng has maintained both our Nissan and Toyota in good working order and has provided consistently excellent service for both of our vehicles. This included both routine service requirements and collision repair services. Hon Ho has demonstrated consistent excellence in customer service, professional advice and has been a pleasure to deal with every time we required his assistance. His customer service orientation has made every interface over the past years a positive and uplifting experience. He is amazingly well prepared regardless of how many clients he is servicing. He is always up-to-date with the service status of both our vehicles. He reminds us of required maintenance including seasonal tire changes and makes all required arrangements for service and loaner vehicles. Both Mario Ng and Hon Ho are knowlegable, informative and of great assistance in making service related decisions that keep our cars in good running condition.
