From the moment I discovered we unfortunately purchased a car with existing damage from a Collinsville car dealership (not a Jim Norton dealership), anxiety began. We brought our car into Jim Norton Toyota w car with existing damage from a Collinsville car dealership (not a Jim Norton dealership), anxiety began. We brought our car into Jim Norton Toyota with a limited budget and much apprehension. After all, we just bought a car from the Collinsville dealership (not Jim Norton dealership), and the entire experience we felt ran over. As soon as we met with the repair department at Jim Norton Toyota we had zero concerns about trusting them with our vehicles care. We were immediately treated like family and explained all processes and fine details so we had no leftover questions or concerns. They gave us a choice of a wonderful rental and already emailed and printed the rental policy before I could email ask. The care the rental department took in walking and noting existing damage truly blew me away! While our vehicle was being worked on, they updated us throughout the process and even gave us names of the kind individuals handling our vehicle repairs. They walked us through the insurance claim process and worked hand in hand with our insurance provider to make sure we had zero out of pocket expenses! As a college student and homeschooling Mom this was such a blessing for our family. The repair department manager was also aware of our vehicle and treated us with great care and attention. I found out the individual in charge of our repair had a handwritten note under his keyboard to help us address questions we had through the process and to update us as the previous Collinsville dealership we purchased the car from was prolonging our repair process. When our vehicle was finally repaired we have complete confidence in the repairs and like the initial drop off, the pick up was 10 minutes in total. I will going forward use Jim Norton Toyota for all my vehicle repair and buying needs. We purchased 2 vehicles from them vehicle and I personally regret trying out a new dealership in Collinsville. There is no comparison as Jim Norton will beat out any competitor with the loving care they show each customer. At the end of the day, I learned “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”, and “if it is broke, trust Jim Norton Toyota. Thank you Jeff Lee and especially Joey who treated us like a family friend instead of just another customer. For that, I can’t thank you enough! It made it all kinda fun instead of stressful! More

I have been very pleased with Jim Nortin. I have used them from the tome I bought my 2014 Avalon from them. Sadly, it was totaled last year with only 44,000 miles on it. Test driving cars was fun. Wyatte made it fun. And easy. He was patient with me. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos Wyatte made it fun. They finally found a great car….I hope since the last car that needed a new engine after 6 mos because there was a law suit which the car should not have been sold to me. I did not want to finance this time but they talked me into at least talking. Of course he had me sign. I insisted on staying with my bank and ended up with some other bank. Told him I needed to stay around 200 and he first offer was 336.00. Talked too fast and had me sign to fast. And this was all before the car had been detailed and checked out which I should not have signed. Waste of their time because I cancelled everything and went with my bank as I originally knew I wanted. Buying a car should be a fun experience. I do like my car though. So far. More
