No way!!! No way would I go to any other Toyota dealership. The Jim Norton employees are friendly, almost like family. patient, and knowledgeable. Terrible! We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in October of last year. The sales person lied to us about the loaner car being a van when we bring it in for We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in October of last year. The sales person lied to us about the loaner car being a van when we bring it in for service, they never did any inspection of the vehicle I can guarantee, because it had 4 different issues that we noticed just driving it off the lot. It has been in and out of their service department repeatedly each time coming back worse than before. Their General Manager doesn't return phone calls, because hes "too busy". The lies are just growing. They have now said that our bluetooth system isn't compatible with iPhone and its my 4 phones that are the issue. Yet when I get a loaner car they work flawlessly. They don't want to buy the car back, they want me to trade it in and take a hit considering they sold me every warranty known to man. To say they are a disappointment to the toyota brand is putting it lightly. They tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a car, and then they don't care because they have maid their money. Buyer Beware! More

Excellent Team!! I have bought several cars and trucks from Jim Norton. I have always had great customer service from everyone from sales, finance, and the service department. David Dumas my salesman is great in every way and as long as he is at Jim Norton he is my salesman. Brian Smith in finance is the Best!! Kord is also a great guy in finance. We basically built an entire new truck. WIth David's help along with everyone else the truck is perfect!! It is one of a kind, I believe we stood outside well over an hour letting everyone take pictures and videos of the truck. Even other customers took pictures and videos. Everyone at Jim Norton out done themselves on this entire build. Thank you guys very much!! More

Two Year Service Visit I had a very good experience. Was met promptly by a friendly young lady who showed me to my service agent. He and I discussed the work that was to be done and then I was off to the nice waiting area where I ate a couple of complementary cookies. In no time at all I received a phone call from my service agent informing me my vehicle was ready to go. Couldn't have went better. More

Don't expect them to stand behind aftermarket products! I bought a new truck and camper shell from Jim Norton in 2015. I've taken the shell to them 3 times for leaks. One time they had my vehicle for almost I bought a new truck and camper shell from Jim Norton in 2015. I've taken the shell to them 3 times for leaks. One time they had my vehicle for almost a month because the 3rd party sent them the wrong parts. The shell leaked again and when I brought it back to them they gave me a speech about how they would take care of me, but we also discovered that part of the screws were missing from the window seals. Some of the trim pieces had been stripped out and re drilled with the original ones clearly not lining up. Metal shavings from the process were in the liner carpet. Doesn't look like quality service to me. Now they want to keep the shell for up to a month so they can send it back to the third party for them to work on it. I also received a speech about how it was now two years old and my truck was at 36900 mi which is technically outside the warranty, but they were still going to take care of me. Come on...we are only this far along because you've never been able to fix this stupid lemon in the first place. Apparently Jim Nortons idea of caring for their customer is letting their third party vendors take care of things at the customer's expense of time and resources. As well, they apparently think half baked workmanship is acceptable. Love Toyota, would never buy another product from Jim Norton again. More
