Great buying experience. My wife and I have been considering the purchase of a new Mustang for several months. We've been into Erinwood several times always dealing with Graha My wife and I have been considering the purchase of a new Mustang for several months. We've been into Erinwood several times always dealing with Graham. Each time Graham was friendly, courteous, helpful and patient. A couple of days ago, we went in to look at the same Mustang we had seen and test driven a couple weeks earlier. We had just looked at and test driven a competitive offering but felt it wasn't the vehicle for us for reasons of value, style, comfort, trim level and fun factor. We took the Mustang out for another test drive and confirmed it was for us. After the test drive, we sat down and struck a great deal on it with Graham and John. Once we had a deal, we worked with Carol who explained some valuable warranty and service options to us. She tailored the offerings to match our expected usage to ensure we were getting the right fit. All in all a positive experience with none of the drama. This is the fifth car I had the pleasure to purchase from Erinwood Ford, 5 times I went to visit Graham Townsend and I,correction this time my wife Veronica drove away in a brand new 2015 Ford Focus. It's so easy to purchase a car from Erin wood, Graham knows every little details about the Ford products, from setting up the Blue Tooth, to surprises us with a set of winter mats and a beautiful bug deflector everything was perfect. Needless to say Carol Buckwald was amazing in overseeing the financing aspect of the purchase of this beautiful black rocket pocket, or as my wife calls it "Panterita" Little panther in spanish.
