Two thumbs up for the Erinwood Ford team I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though nothing much have changed except for the beautifully renovated building, the Erinwood Ford staff is still SECOND TO NONE!. These people know what customer server is all about. I have to make specific mention of two people, Graham Townsend and George Hill, Graham knows his stuff and he is aware of what I like so trusting him is always easy, George is always easy to work with and to negotiate to a satisfactory conclusion, you guys make me feel like part of your team. With the new technologies that Ford has introduced in their vehicles, and the excellent service provided by the Erinwood Ford team specifically by the two gentlemen mentioned about, buying a new vehicle is more fun than ever. Met with Graham Townsend and we went over everything that I wanted in the new one. We had to order it. Graham was great working tirelessly to get me the price I wanted. They also helped us with a Fiesta we purchased elsewhere and were having issues with. Told me to bring it in to their service department and after multiple visits to local dealer and them saying nothing was wrong, Erinwood took it for drive, recognized there was an issue and fixed it! AMAZING, I will recommend anyone and everyone to stop in at this dealership, Truely a class act! More
