Excellent I brought my Kia Soul in for it's regularly scheduled maintenance and to switch over to my winter tires. Gordon met me at the door and assisted me wi I brought my Kia Soul in for it's regularly scheduled maintenance and to switch over to my winter tires. Gordon met me at the door and assisted me with dropping off my vehicle even before the dealership was open. He called me 30 minutes later to go over all the details of what I wanted and then phoned me again a couple of hours later to let me know that my car was ready. He was very courteous and super helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. Sara was also super helpful when booking my appointment and following up afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with the service performed. All in all a great experience and a really great team at Georgetown Kia. More

Minimal service warranty offered and very expensive. When I mentioned that some work had been done very recently they said they made an error in the description on that invoice. Right!. This is the same dealership that once charged me $80 for a $4 trailer light that they picked up at Canadian tire. I don't trust them, once you're out of warranty it's time to move on to an independent mechanic More

Amazing A+ service for my Kia Optima SX 2013 I highly recommend getting any new car serviced at Kia Georgetown. Dealing with Enzo and Gordon has been an extremely pleasant experience. I had an is I highly recommend getting any new car serviced at Kia Georgetown. Dealing with Enzo and Gordon has been an extremely pleasant experience. I had an issue with my transmission with only 45,000KM on my Kia Optima 2013 SX. I took it in initially to get it looked at and Enzo and his team checked out the car but could not reproduce the issue. After a bit of research, I found a TSB (technical service bulletin) for the exact same and symptoms I was experiencing. I provided the TSB to Enzo along with some videos I took of the issue (since the issue was difficult to reproduce) and without question Enzo ordered the replacement parts. Now my Optima is NEW again! Thank you Enzo and Gordon for the amazing service you guys provide. No other dealership was able to help me (cough Meadowvale Kia cough) but Kia Georgetown has completely restored my faith in customer service and excellence for a car dealership. Because of this, I would buy a Kia (only the high end ones :P )in the future! More

Happy Regular Service Customer! I have been a regular Kia service customer for the past 3-1/2 years and I must say Georgetown Kia provides excellent customer service with a friendly I have been a regular Kia service customer for the past 3-1/2 years and I must say Georgetown Kia provides excellent customer service with a friendly service team, headed by Service Manager, Enzo Serrao.I can always count on Enzo and his service team (Gord & Rodney) to figure out any particular problem I am having with my Kia (usually normal wear & tear repairs) and they get it fixed in a timely fashion. One time, I came into Kia with an annoying rattling that my car was making for the past month. Enzo just took it for a quick test drive and he came back and said that it seemed that the belt was loose. After the belt was tightened by Kia Service, I never heard the annoying rattling again. Sometimes, I even come out of Kia with a free car wash! Highly recommend Georgetown Kia Dealership to my family and friends! More
