Oil change gone bad I had called and said “While the oil is draining would you mind giving my driveshaft a shake to see if my u joints need to be replaced” they had spe I had called and said “While the oil is draining would you mind giving my driveshaft a shake to see if my u joints need to be replaced” they had spent 1 plus hours “trying” to to figure this out and couldn’t find a probelem with it after taking the vehicle for a road test etc etc doing much more that needed to be changed they also changed a little light that was out and I had the bulb at my house and charged me 30 bucks for it not happy walking out of there with a 200 plus Bill not going to come back and my father who is in the market for a truck is going to capital. More

A very pleasant and efficient process. I went into Lakewood with my daughter with the express purpose of looking at the Spark. I am building a cottage in Ontario and left my much larger Orl I went into Lakewood with my daughter with the express purpose of looking at the Spark. I am building a cottage in Ontario and left my much larger Orlando there for summer use. I cannot afford nor do I have any desire to own a more expensive vehicle and simply wanted a small vehicle to get around Edmonton. I was introduced to Sean and he listened to my story and what I wanted and talked about what was available. He let me take a vehicle for a drive and explained the leasing process. He found a vehicle for me and from there it was so easily and quickly my vehicle. Sean took me through the vehicle's operating details. I was very pleased that at no time did I feel less significant because of the size of my pocket book. I was extremely happy with all aspects of my new car experience. I would pass on my experience to others. More
