She is thorough , pleasant and has good working knowledge for her position and ensures that all of my service requests are addressed . I find Lakewood Chevrolet reliable and honest and their technicians for each service department are good . The drive-through service bay is very convenient and practical to discuss service requirements with Lakewood's Consultants . The Sales Department is friendly , helpful but not pushy and I am also impressed by the personable and extra care given by Dan Bass the New Sales Manager for follow up concerns , not just new vehicle sales . I have brought my family to Lakewood Chevrolet to purchase 5 new vehicles in the past 8 years and will continue to keep this Dealership as our only choice for vehicles . More
