Not happy! Truck has 36,000 km is a 2019 Chev diesel. Low coolant sensor in coolant tank needed replacement which is a problem in those vehicles. Had it in for Truck has 36,000 km is a 2019 Chev diesel. Low coolant sensor in coolant tank needed replacement which is a problem in those vehicles. Had it in for another recall, told them the low coolant issue, they ran a diagnostic test (I’m a licensed mechanic) I had told them the issue already. They charged me for the diagnostic test. I feel that that should be a recall issue. My nephews had 70,000 km on it and was covered at a different dealer. My business will go elsewhere from now on. More

Although I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruze at a different dealership, I will continue to go back to Erika and the guys at Lakewood Chev. Thank you for all the information about my car and the best customer service I have experienced. I would highly recommend. Also, Brad in parts cut me a key, programmed it, came outside in the rain and made sure it was perfect. Prices for parts and service were affordable and fair. Great work! More

As an individual I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet always I've worked with Lakewood Chevrolet over the past few several years for a couple of vehicles that I've owned.
