His enthusiasm for the vehicle I was looking at after getting to know a bit about me and what I was looking for in a vehicle, made me fall in love with the Ford Escape. He let me test drive the vehicle while explaining it’s many key features that would suit my lifestyle. He was honest and felt at ease with him and that in turn led to me wanting to buy the vehicle.
