I also very much appreciate his honesty. Service: I most often get Todd Servant, who is a 5/5, and so are the women at the service desk. The mechanics, however, are 1/5. It is common for me to leave with a new issue, or the issue didn’t actually get fixed. It would be helpful if they were thorough, otherwise their work should be double checked. I always dread having to bring my truck in to get serviced. Just like this coming Monday.... I just purchased a 2020 4Runner two weeks ago and I already have to bring it in on Monday because the breaks started squeaking 4 days after I brought it home. I’m dreading the outcome. More
