The RAV 4 was ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived for our appointment. All the features and controls were well explained. The numbers were covered in the sales contract. Trade value was agreeable. We had to wait for our review with Rita due to sales volume that day. Rita was also very enjoyable to work with. The extras were well explained and we concluded our purchase. I should note I am 75 years old and have cancer. They proceeded with everything at my slower pace. You were recommended by John Meagher.
