We were met by Gavin Craig who took the time late in the evening to show us vehicles for our son. Gavin was very helpful and did not rush or make us feel like we were an inconveniencing him even know it was late in the evening and close to closing time. His knowledge of your inventory as well as his customer service was very greatly welcomed. At no time during the sale did Gavin ever mention the time of day or even the poor weather condition's. Gavin walked us around the lot and even suggested we test drive any vehicle we like. Well to my surprise that evening we ended up purchasing a car for my son. We came back the next day to have a second look and Gavin gave us the same undivided attention as he did the day before. Gavin has exceeded our expectations in service,Integrity and professionalism. Your Business Manager Trish Wilkinson is a breath of fresh air. She was the perfect person to have our over all experience end with. Very friendly Gavin and all the staff were very helpful and kept their promises. I drove from Stouffville to get my car and they even delivered my spare tire to me Gavin and all the staff were very helpful and kept their promises. I drove from Stouffville to get my car and they even delivered my spare tire to me because it hadn't arrived yet when I wanted to pick up the car. There was a bit of a mix up with the length of my financing but overall was a great experience and a great price! More
