Fantastic service on all fronts I knew what I wanted when I got to Charlesglen, however the service was still exceptional. I visited 6 other dealers and didn't get the same level of I knew what I wanted when I got to Charlesglen, however the service was still exceptional. I visited 6 other dealers and didn't get the same level of quality anywhere else. Garnett (my sales person) was professional and had enthusiasm for his product; at other places it was so obvious they were just after my dollars, and quickly got frustrated at my desire to physically see and inspect vehicles, not just plug the "specs" I wanted into a computer and have it spit out "the car for me". At Charlesglen, they let me see the vehicle immediately, ask my copious questions, and not pressure me to purchase. They followed this up post purchase with amazing service when my phone caused some difficulties with the bluetooth. Their phones were connecting no problem but mine wasn't; they spent over 1.5 hours with different people including the manager trying to fix the problem, then stated they will cover any costs to make sure it's done properly. I'm impressed. I will definitely go back. More

Amiable, Helpful & Honest Folks at Charlesglen Toyota 26-May-2016! It was our first visit to Charlesglen Toyota. A friendly salesperson Garnett Lund greeted us and took us around to show us the specials t 26-May-2016! It was our first visit to Charlesglen Toyota. A friendly salesperson Garnett Lund greeted us and took us around to show us the specials that we asked for. As soon as he showed us a 4-year old Sienna, still in very good condition, our eyes and minds were fixated on it while Garnett elucidated its many features. We found Garnett a very amicable and honest person that we could trust right away. He suggested that we go for a test drive. Throughout the drive through a beautiful landscape that he took us he would point us to try different buttons and implements that made the ride very comfortable and pleasurable. We appreciate Garnett's candour and for getting a few little wants addressed with no hesitation. When we came to pick up the vehicle on Tue., 31 May, the vehicle looked almost brand new. We commend Alex Keong too for his sincerity and honesty while getting attractive financing terms for us. Last but not the least, the guy who entertained us with stories and humour before giving us the keys is Jim McAlorum. Thank you Jim for making us feel relaxed before we signed the big purchase. It is a memorable visit at Charlesglen Toyota during the purchase of our second vehicle. More

Great service I dealt with Garnett and purchased a new RAV4. Garnett had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. There was no sale pressure to purchase quickly. Best car buying experience ever I have been going to charelsglen Toyota since moving to Calgary to service my scion and couldn't imagine going anywhere else to buy a new car. Most pleasant service that you can get I went to the dealership 4 hours ahead of my appointment. I was not expecting to be accommodated right away but they did! No Pressure Sales I took almost 2 years to decide on a replacement vehicle for our Toyota Sienna. The kids are all grown up and with no more soccer trips we needed a car that would meet our weekend getaways to the mountains. I worked with Garnett for almost 9 months and ended up choosing the 2015 Highlander. I don't know who was more surprised at me making a decision him or my wife. Garnett's patience and Charlesglen's no pressure negotiations made purchasing a vehicle that checked off all our requirements very simple and easy. More

We shopped around, and tried to deal with other Toyota dealerships, but none compare to Charlesglen! Garnett Lund, our Product Advisor was always informative, proactive, and organized. He worked with John Gaskin to meet our expectations as realistically as possible. Extremely satisfying to have a no pressure sales environment. Gary Ghaderi, Financial Services Manager, ensured that absolutely everything was out on the table and that we fully understood all aspects of the paperwork. None of those irritating hidden costs you'll experience elsewhere. Alex Keong, Financial Services Manager, did the final paperwork signing with us. Just like the rest of the team, he was extremely organized, efficient, and had us out the door to our 2016 Tacoma in no time. Jim McAlorum, Delivery Coordinator, was an absolute blast to work with. The delivery area is unlike anything we've ever seen elsewhere. Our 2016 Tacoma was sitting inside a special, separate area of the building amongst everyone's desks. Jim took the time to make sure that we were comfortable with the vehicle and all its features, understood all the benefits of the extended warranty program, and definitely kept us entertained! He works on brownies, so make sure to take him in a batch. First ever brand new vehicle; I look forward to driving our 3rd generation Tacoma for many years to come.
