Awesome! I had a great experience from the time we came in till the time we picked up our new van!!! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. Buying a n I had a great experience from the time we came in till the time we picked up our new van!!! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. Buying a new car is never an easy experience. But the folks at Charlesglen made it so!! Will recommenced this dealership to all my friends. We weren't going to pick up our new vehicle for a week but with the quick sale of our old car we had our new van within 48 hours with the hitch on and everything!!! And never felt like it was an inconvenience. We are very very happy! More

Friendly and Non-pushy I came in knowing I wanted to purchase a used non Toyota model. Since it wasn't a Toyota, they didn't have a lot to tell me about the car which was fi I came in knowing I wanted to purchase a used non Toyota model. Since it wasn't a Toyota, they didn't have a lot to tell me about the car which was fine as I did my research beforehand very thoroughly. But they quickly provided all the documentation for the vehicle, including carproof and AMVIC inspection report. No shadiness to these guys. More
