Sold me a lemon, only solutions offered cost more money. Just wanted a reliable vehicle at a set price/payment. Trade in value was 1/2 of what bought 6 months prior because of issues. My fault for thinking this “reputable” dealer had reliable used vehicles or would stand by what they sold. Issues started within the first month. “Fixed” it but only masked a bigger problem that conveniently “fixes” stopped when 6 months came around. Was then told the truck needs a new engine and is out of warranty….. I feel like I was being treated great but had the rug pulled out when the fix was no longer simple. I was either lied to or staff was incompetent at diagnosing the real problem. The infamous hemi tick. More
