Best Sales Consultant Ever Shopping for a new vehicle is probably one of my least favorite things to do. I procrastinated my shopping for well over a month because I have never Shopping for a new vehicle is probably one of my least favorite things to do. I procrastinated my shopping for well over a month because I have never had a good experience shopping for a new vehicle. I would prefer visiting my dentist to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled without freezing. Well, this has now changed. My wife and I walked into Erinwood Ford this week and requested the assistance of a salesman to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new SUV. We met with Doug Keen and within the first 5 minutes we knew that things were different because this was not your typical salesman/customer discussion. Doug was a good listener, told us he was working for us, provided excellent information on the different models we were interested in and all without the usual/normal sales pressure techniques we were expecting. At the end of day he worked very hard to make the numbers work for us and we found this very refreshing because it's not at all what we were expecting. Big thank you to Doug and Erinwood consider yourself quite fortunate to have this employee working on your behalf. We ended up purchasing a new 2017 Explorer Sport. Above and beyond! I do a ton of research before I buy my vehicles. With that said, I had called around and visited a few dealerships to see where I would end up price w I do a ton of research before I buy my vehicles. With that said, I had called around and visited a few dealerships to see where I would end up price wise on my first new vehicle purchase. I called Erinwood out of the blue because they already had the lowest advertised price on the vehicle with the options I wanted. I got in touch with Doug and a few hours later we were at the dealership purchasing my first new vehicle. My wife and I were blown away by the service Doug provided. Not only did he work to get us a great deal on my trade-in, but he helped ensure I had all the options I was asking for and would be happy with this car/colour that I picked. Very pressure free, I'm not one for warranties that go in addition to the standard manufacturer's and we have had other dealers really apply pressure to go with these. Not the case, much more enjoyable this way. Will be back for our next vehicle in the future to see Doug. Thanks again Doug! More
