Truck had not been gone through like says in web site. We found multiply things wrong with it. Had it for 4 days said we were returning it. Manager told us wasn’t Walmart couldn’t return. We ended up going further and forcing them to take truck back. Horrible service. Horrible management. More

Go buy a jeep and get extended warranty on the tires. It takes 3 months for them to even put a claim in for tires that separated shortly after I got the jeep. After all the calling and nagging me and my hus takes 3 months for them to even put a claim in for tires that separated shortly after I got the jeep. After all the calling and nagging me and my husband have done. Then get told that they haven't done a claim yet and will right away. In that 3 month period no one had called to tell me that they needed more info or what was going on. They did nothing. So once they finally did the claim they Then told me I would have a cheque in 2 weeks. That was a month ago. Phoned today and now they tell me it all has be done another way just cause the tire bill is in my husbands company name and not my personal. So now I supposedly have yo go back to tire company and get them to redo the bill in my personal name and re submit it to Mainline and wait the whole process out again for what another friggin month. All this and It would have been in my personal name if they would have done something to fix the tires in the start when I contacted them and told them to come get the jeep and fix it. But no the procrastinated and I had to get help. Like how they take first time car owners for a ride. Done nothing but fight for 4 months now and this what I get for trying to get vehicle for first time. Thought dealerships were supposed to stand by what they sell and help the customer. More

Had a few problems with delivery but Wes stepped up to the plate on all of them. Disappointed with Dodge delivery. Was nice to have Wes and Derek working through the problems.
