EXCELLENT SERVICE THERE WERE SOME ISSUES IN MY CAR WHICH DEEPAK FIXED AND SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DEEPAK DHIMAN. I DONT THINK SO ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT CARS BETTER THERE WERE SOME ISSUES IN MY CAR WHICH DEEPAK FIXED AND SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DEEPAK DHIMAN. I DONT THINK SO ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT CARS BETTER THAN HIM. HE WILL EXPLAIN YOU WELL AND FIX THE ISSUES WELL. More

Poor service and communication March 1 we requested the rear window of our Grand Caravan be replaced after the van had been broken into. The service tell told us it might be a week March 1 we requested the rear window of our Grand Caravan be replaced after the van had been broken into. The service tell told us it might be a week to get the glass replacement in. Said window made it so we could not open one of the rear doors, and we asked them to fix this along with our oil change at the time. They did not. Thinking it was only to be a week, I let it go. No call regarding the part was received after a week, nor two, nor even three. April 1 I called and left a message for our service attendant to follow up. He did not. After a couple other attempts, I talk to the service manager on April 30. He's very apologetic and says the glass has yet to arrive. He then offers a discount on the part and a severe discount on the labour to appease us. He says he will call us in a week or two when it arrives. Fast forward to June 3 after no call backs from the service manager since April 30. I call back and he is on vacation. Showing to the next manager up, they pull a window off a used vehicle and finally replace the broken window. Then they charged us full price for labour. I'm 30 years in customer service, and this place has no clue what that means. I will not go back and I would never recommend you go there, period. Find someone qualified who wants your business. More
