I was just looking as I was in the market to buy a new vehicle. I knew I wanted safety driver features. Dee showed us the new Escape in the show room but it was way above my price range. He asked questions about what I needed and showed us the used Escapes and within a few minutes I was interested in a used 2020. After the sale and when I went to pick it up Dee took the time to walk me through how to use the various features and set up my preferences. I wasn't expecting this and along with the quick guide manual, I have become very comfortable with driving this vehicle. I also know that I can contact Dee if I need more education or any other questions. It was a pleasant experience and as a salesperson, Dee was not at all pushy and was very respectful.
