They gave us an excellent trade value for our jeep and Cory McMullen and Dean McGill were very efficient putting in a factory order for us at a very competitive price. Cory kept us up to date on the trucks eta and when it arrived in Leduc, Dean was able to expedited our pick-up time. When we went in for our pick-up appointment, David Jacobs had all the paperwork we needed to sign ready for us and Cory went through everything on the truck with us showing extreme knowledge. Very helpful and honest My salesman Corey McMullen was very helpful on answering any questions about my new vehicle that I had. He even called me to tell me how do deal with a stain I acquired on my first day of owning my truck. There was very little if any waiting for Corey to answer my questions or call back if he was busy with another customer. Christina Randel was also very thorough in showing me all the options in my new purchase she also took the time to call me after the fact to offer any assistance I needed. I have dealt with other dealerships in the recent past and have found that the people at Leduc Chrysler have been more helpful and way more knowledgeable about their products than the other dealerships I have tried to deal with. I will go to Corey first for my next purchase. More

The salesman I spoke to had the Ram put on hold until Monday, as it was Saturday I called but could not make it in. Test drove the truck on Monday, signed the papers, picked up on Tues. Everyone from sales, warranty to the show through girl were all great. More
