You have me spoiled with your customer service. I live out of state and have been to 4 different dealers in my hometown area because of poor customer service. If I can I wait now until my annual I live out of state and have been to 4 different dealers in my hometown area because of poor customer service. Sparkling clean service department. Love that! Super warm welcome. First of two issues fixed by thoughtful mechanic (Way to go Mike!) who dug right in with me and offered a solution t Love that! Trailer hitch I wanted installed beautifully while I sat with coffee working on my laptop in their business center till I drove off happilly in a newly washed car. :-) More

I have to say Scott Burghardt is a real professional even though I tried throwing him off his game at times, (Jokingly of course) he remained vigilant, courteous and professional. Thanks to David Klaben for recommending him to me. I highly recommend Klaben for their atmosphere of respect for their customers and themselves. Can’t leave out the Service department Tom Alcorn and Sean are top notch Managers who I enjoy thoroughly in our conversations.
