When you pull up in a 13 year old Honda Fit to a Lincoln dealership, you might wonder if you’ll get treated differently. That was NOT the case at Klaben. Not only did they not judge me, they made me feel dealership, you might wonder if you’ll get treated differently. That was NOT the case at Klaben. Not only did they not judge me, they made me feel just as important as any customer. My salesman, Scott, was awesome. He listened to what I wanted, had me test drive a couple options. And although I didn’t buy that first day, Scott continued to search to find a vehicle that was perfect for me, in the price range I was hoping for. Plus, huge kudos to Klaben for not adding money to their MSRP for environments factors. Thanks for being awesome and not judging a book by its cover! More

I cannot say enough goods things about this dealership. I am 64 and have bought many cars over the years. Now, I believe I have found the best car buying experience ever at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. They do not jack up prices, they have availability of cars, the nicest and knowledgeable sales specialists, plus I do not have to put money down to hold a car or special order. OMG, I would definitely check out this dealership for Fords, Lincoln and used vehicles. More

We were in the market for the 22 Ford Mavrick and our Daughter told us about klaben Ford and a salesman by the name of Louis Polos that sold her a new 22 Eco Sport .So after we went and spoke with Louis Daughter told us about klaben Ford and a salesman by the name of Louis Polos that sold her a new 22 Eco Sport .So after we went and spoke with Louis we ordered not one but two 22 Ford Mavricks..After Louis did such a great job at seeing to it we both got exactly what we wanted.and we both love are Trucks.So needless to say as long as Klaben keeps the quality of employees such as Louis we will continue to shop there and recommend family and friends.
