They were informative and friendly and never pushy. I loved my first Edge so much that I returned recently to lease my second one!! As I expected Les knew exactly what I would want and I got an unbelievable lease rate!! Picked up the new one yesterday and filed all the paperwork with Darren Hollonger who even came in on his day off!!! I appreciate their effort and friendly service and would definitely recommend Capitol Ford to friends and family! More

I was in the market for a new car (small crossover segment) and after a lengthy research period the clear winner was the 2014 Escape, I had a very spe I was in the market for a new car (small crossover segment) and after a lengthy research period the clear winner was the 2014 Escape, I had a very specific trim etc in mind and I felt that aside from actually taking the car for a spin that I pretty much knew all there was to know.. Wrong, Ryan was incredibly helpfull throughout the buying process. I was fairly jaded about buying a new car and what the sales experience was going to be like, well I can now say that dealing with the fine staff at Capitol has completely erassed this feeling. I knew about what the car did walking in but Ryan showed brought me up to speed on the reality of owning and operating the vehicle. He also helped me get the best possible price for my trade as well as the new car as well as the term I was comfortable with, Darren was also very friendly and easy to deal with on the finance side of things. Never thought id be in a Ford and now I can't imagine having bought anything but, I absolutley love my Black Escape Titanium! Feels like a luxury SUV without the luxury pricetag. Top shelf service and product knowledge as well as value! Well done. More
