There were no "hidden numbers" and no adjustment of trade whether we bought new or used. Very straightforward on all bottom lines and options for financing. It was a nice change from the usual dealership mentality of pushing buyers to new vehicles only or diminishing your trade when you buy used. More

Right vehicle for my needs I was pleased with the "Lincoln Date Night" program where I was able to take the vehicle for a couple of days and try it out. You really can't tell w I was pleased with the "Lincoln Date Night" program where I was able to take the vehicle for a couple of days and try it out. You really can't tell what a vehicle is truly like by test driving it. You can really only tell when you're putting into your real life scenarios. I wouldn't have been so easily able to decide the vehicle was right. It was probably my most confident purchase. The sales person and sales manager put ZERO pressure on me to decide. They were patient with answering my plethora of finance questions between purchase, lease and cash deals. They were unable to find the vehicle that met my exact spec for color with the trim package that I had wanted initially. But they were very good about offering me options for interior/exterior combinations and in the end I ended up with a vehicle that I'm actually more happy with the colour than I thought I would be! At no point did they try and "convince" me or use any pressure tactics to make a sale at all. I was very pleased with the transaction which took place over many visits back over several weeks. More
