Excellent finance team was a joy all around trading in my vehicle and upgrading. With assistance from Darcy there assistant manager, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Paige was very professional in her knowledge of sales. She is personable and that, combined with her experience in sales, cemented the sale for us. I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet.
