As we have two fairly large dog's who love to go for rides we needed something with space at the back to accommodate them. Fred, Danny, May Lynn & Mallory all helped us make this possible at a price that we as seniors could manage. I don't feel I have driven my car long enough to rate it against my previous Journey (also bought at Gorruds) but know it certainly comfortable. More

After looking for a used car I happened to come across their website and the excellent customer reviews. I can honestly say from my dealings with them the reviews were genuine. Danny, Kevin and Steve I can not thank them enough for making me feel welcomed. All the guys were professional and friendly with no bull s***!! No one tried to rip me off because I was a women walking into a dealer like some of the others I've visited. The price on the car was the actual price and priced right with no hidden extra's. A refreshing change to other dealers I've dealt with in the area. I'd defiantly encourage others to try Gurrud's auto first like I've been telling the people around me. I'll be definitely going back to see them soon when it's time to buy my husband his new truck. Thanks again guys! :) More

Management clearly care about their employees and it shows.We had a quick chat with the manager Dany De Melo and his passion for the business was quite infectious. The finance manager Mary Feenan was informative, experienced and kept it real. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Her simple, direct and straight forward approach made our financing decisions easier than they otherwise would have been. We had taken our children with us. There is a nice play area in the corner for the smaller kids , while the parents complete the process. We were assisted by sales representative Mike Jurj in the process. Mike helped us save time even before we reached the dealership by determining what we wanted and providing us with a range of selections so that we had options to look at even before we arrived.On arriving at the dealership he made us conformable by ensuring the kids had something to do.He went out of his way making us coffee and the kids hot chocolate.He then sat us down and took us through in detail on the features of the different cars we were looking at. We then proceeded to look at and test drive both cars, during which Mike kept explaining the different features of each vehicle in a unobtrusive and informative manner. After we finalized our choice Mike stayed back after his regular working hours to ensure that we completed the documentation process in an efficient manner. On picking up the car Mike ensured that the car was in immaculate condition.Before leaving Mike ensured we understood the vehicle specs and what they meant.Its these small touches that went a long way in providing us with a rewarding experience. I would highly recommend Gorruds auto and will go there for my next purchase. More

They're owned by the same owner and he recommended Gorruds since I was looking into a used vehicle. I was really pleased with the service and got at Toyota that I thought to give Gorruds I try as well for my own search and buying purposes. When I came in, the car I initially wanted was already sold. They go by FAST! Luckily, there was one just like it and with better km. I was dealing with Ron at the time. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I had done thorough research prior and have driven a few makes to have a preference as to what car I wanted to buy. I didn't feel pressured at all. In fact, everything I mentioned in regards to my experiences, he offered his views and experiences as well. I felt assured that they weren't selling me crap and something that befits my needs. If you're really unsure, it doesn't hurt to check them out. They're really on top of their game. Also, on the day I was completing my purchase with Ron, I believe it was Danny that came in to thank me. I was caught off guard because I hadn't dealt with him at all, but then learnt he was the sales Manager. Really amazing customer service. More
