Very dissatisfied with their service. I had a 07:30 AM appointment for service. Drove there on a cold winter day, they told me sorry the part is not in, sent me home with nothing. Then service manager c appointment for service. Drove there on a cold winter day, they told me sorry the part is not in, sent me home with nothing. Then service manager called me to say good news the part is in, so 4 days later I went back again 07:30 AM. They told me AGAIN the part is not in, I went home again with nothing. I am not going back there, I will find another dealer. I would not recommend Southbank Dodge. More
