The advisor was great but not only that, the entire management team including Brian and Stephanie (General Manager & Used Car Sales Manager) we from. Immediately after making my purchase of a certified pre-owned Toyota Sienna Hybrid, I noticed a few small issues. I had visited them from Oakville, ON. I dropped the car back to them in London, ON and they addressed every single issue and dropped the car to back my house in Oakville. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel so confident in my purchase. Thank you to the entire Toyota Town team, I really appreciate the amazing customer service you have provided!! More
