My husband and I noticed the tire pressure on one of our tires was significantly lower than the others, but the tire did not appear flat. We dropped into Lexus without an appointment and service advisor Dale went above and beyond to make sure we could get to our appointment safely and on time. We were so appreciative of his attention to this matter as a drop in. We have owned 8 Lexus vehicles and we will continue to support Lexus products, and the entire Lexus experience.
