A short time later I was buying a 2015 Chrysler T&C. I had never met Sirous or spoken to him before, however I felt comfortable and at ease with him immediately. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I later received a call from Daina. She was also very polite and not pushy (which I appreciated) with the additional services offered, warranty / rust coating. Her demeanour and people skills were the defining factor in me purchasing the rust and under coating. Had he of been pushy or not as personable I would of definitely went with another product, Known or otherwise. When I came to pick up the vehicle and met Sirous I had some additional questions regarding total price, service etc. He was patient and went through everything with me. Which I appreciated. All and all I would definitely purchase another van at Vaughan Chrysler. Thank you so much Sirous and Daina. Great team! More

The most efficient car buying experience I've ever had I was in the market for a new minivan. Having visited Honda, Toyota and another Dodge dealer, I decided to check out a few others and was fortunate e I was in the market for a new minivan. Having visited Honda, Toyota and another Dodge dealer, I decided to check out a few others and was fortunate enough to meet Sherry Eskes - who has to be the most efficient sales person I've ever met. She didn't waste a moment - but I never felt rushed for a second. After specifying the features I wanted, I was presented with at least 5 vehicles that met the description and one was pulled out for viewing in less than 5 minutes. Sherry sat down with me and quickly whittled down my options. She immediately went to management, got me the best price that she could and in her first ask got me exactly what I needed in terms of price ( I just asked for the best price) - there was no haggling necessary - they gave me their best price right off the mark (thousands less than the other dealers quoted me and without any games). So I made an appointment to purchase two days later (having to confer with the boss/wife) and after 30 more minutes with Daina and zero pressure on the upsell, we were done. I estimate I spent less than and hour and a half total. I've already referred a colleague to them. There was not one second where I felt pressured or rushed - they worked at my pace and were intuitive enough to see I was moving quickly. I'm very pleased with the group at Vaughan Chrysler. More

I checked all dealerships across the GTA to find the right vehicle for my family. Not only could no other Dodge dealerships beat the price that I was given by Sirous, they couldn't even match it even though they eagerly wanted my business. I traveled across the city to the dealership but it was well worth it. All other dealers couldn't make me feel like I was given a full service. Sirous was extremely patient with me as it took me some time to commit to the deal. He was extremely accommodating and not pushy at all, he let me make up my mind on my own but was available to answer all of my questions. General manager Frank Caietta came and shook my hand and thank me for the purchase!!! Daina, in Finance was also wonderful. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

In which we bought our Jeep 2012 Liberty Limited at another location. Hearing of the new management, I am pleased to have come back to Vaughan Chrysler and experience a seem less buying process with Stefano Iacobelli. Not only did he make myself and wife feel very comfortable, he found the exact car we were looking for in a time frame that accomodated us. He also came on our delivery date not feeling well and that for us is a true example of client services. We were please to have dealt with Anthony Pelleriti who got the delivery process underway with great energy and answered all our question in the absence of Stefano whom came towards the end of the pick up. Lastly, Daina Miller dealt with our finance extremely professional but yet personable in which we had a comprehensive understanding as she went through everything step by step.
