Customers were looking at the models that were there. What caught my attention was a customer was so intrigued with a vehicle as the representative seem to give precise detail of the model. Then our sales rep came and the hello gesture was warm and sincere. As we sat down to speak to the rep, to me the meeting felt like I was speaking to a friend than a sales rep. Then as we proceeded outside to the model and the rep showed us the vehicle in great detail, I was convinced that we made the right choice in choosing Vaughan Chrysler. More

Just fell short I like how they got to the point for an end price. However my new Jeep was empty when i picked it up. I was to to get a few Jeep hat as well. I got a new truck After receiving a phone call from vaughan chrysler they invited me in to have a look around at their new trucks and to see if i was interested in trad After receiving a phone call from vaughan chrysler they invited me in to have a look around at their new trucks and to see if i was interested in trading my current truck in. I found a new truck in the showroom and proceeded to go ahead with the purchase. I made it clear that if i was going to purchase the truck i wanted a tonneau cover with it. Onur assured me that this would not be a problem, until it came down to pickup day when he said that it couldnt be done. I find it funny that i could not get a tonneau cover from a truck dealership, but like an idiot went through with it anyways. I am very happy with the truck i purchased and the rest of the service from Onur, just pissed me off how the tonneau cover was dealt with. As for Daina Miller, she did a great job helping us with our financing and was a pleasure to work with throughout the deal. I would definitely recommend her and use her services if we decide to purchase another vehicle from vaughan chrysler. More

Travelled Far...But Extremely Worth it. I live in Orilia but travelled to Vaughan Chrysler because of the available inventory. None of my local dealers had the make and model I was looking f I live in Orilia but travelled to Vaughan Chrysler because of the available inventory. None of my local dealers had the make and model I was looking for. I called in and Sirous told me they have what I have been looking for. Those close by only had one or two in stock. Vaughan Chrysler had a dozen to choose from. Upon entering Vaughan Chrysler, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and asked if i needed any assistance. I asked for Sirous who was an unexpected pleasure to work with. In my head I quickly made my decision to purchase my new vehicle from Sirous. He was personable, knowledgeable, and unlike any other vehicle sales rep I've dealt with. I got a deal I was extremely happy with. Sirous then introduced me to Daina to complete the financing on my purchase. Daina was wonderful to work with as well...no pressure and very knowledgeable about the various options available to me. I will be back to Vaughan Chrysler again and have already recommended them to several friends and family.... More
