Great service overall. Just wasn’t too happy about their valet service. Genesis claims they bring a Genesis out to you. I got a regular non Genesis vehicle and then the dea Just wasn’t too happy about their valet service. Genesis claims they bring a Genesis out to you. I got a regular non Genesis vehicle and then the dealership made me drive the vehicle back to them instead of bringing my vehicle back and taking the loaner. Huge inconvenience to the costumer and they didn’t stand by what they advertise as part of their Genesis services. This was disappointing. More

Genesis should have a separate dealership and service. After the pandemic you really cannot get anyway near prompt service. Now they don't answer and return phone calls as the Hyundai service is overwhelm After the pandemic you really cannot get anyway near prompt service. Now they don't answer and return phone calls as the Hyundai service is overwhelmed with recalls. You have to call the USA Genesis number for service and expect an appointment 1 to 2 months out. Have been thru 3 Sonatas and now my second Genesis G80. Very satisfied with reliability and performance but the recent service unavailability makes me think twice about getting another Genesis. More

Completely mis diagnosed a problem I fixed. Electrical connection AND windshield washer water supply somehow { right} were disconnected during transmission replacement.
