I have now purchased 3 vehicles thru Cliff and I can say that he’s the most personable, honest, hard working and will continuously go not the extra mi I have now purchased 3 vehicles thru Cliff and I can say that he’s the most personable, honest, hard working and will continuously go not the extra mile, but the extra world for you. I was in a car accident in April and wrote my Jeep off, I was not in the market or mindset of getting another vehcile. I called Cliff to meet with him, and he could sense I was pretty scared to drive again, right there he offered to personally come pick me up or send a driver for me, whatever I needed he was there. We found a vehicle I loved. Cliff never stopped working on the sale and details, and went completely above and beyond what was expected!! The car accident occurred six weeks before my wedding and to say it was just added stress, Cliff went so far as to not only give me a great deal on the vehicle but a wedding present as well! Cliff is a genuine individual who knows his customers and wants to keep them happy. I can’t refer this man enough! Sheryl was amazing to work with for the financing aspect! She never stopped working on the approval, to get my the best deal with the best company. She was constantly in contact with me, discussing options and checking in to see how I was healing. Sheryl is FANTASTIC and kept me sane during the approval process! I can say between Cliff and Sheryl they are truly the dream team, and I will give Capital my business for years to come because of them. More

Fast and easy I had went to a couple different dealerships in the city and my experiences with them were overwhelming and stressful, they threw paperwork in my face I had went to a couple different dealerships in the city and my experiences with them were overwhelming and stressful, they threw paperwork in my face, didn’t get to know me and expected me to settle for some pretty poor deals. At capital, they asked what I wanted, what I needed, and took me for a walk to achieve these wants and needs. I got a great trade in value on my older vehicle and walked out of that dealership in the day ready to drive a brand new truck with everything I needed, nothing more and nothing less. Cliff was the gentleman who handled my deal, and he gave me a sense that he would stop at nothing to get me the best deal he could and driving a great new truck that week. He was funny, polite, and easy to talk to ask questions. Sheryl handled the financing part of the deal and she would stop and breakdown each and every part of the numbers if my eyes started getting foggy, she was charming and relaxed making the more difficult part of buying a vehicle easier to understand and less stressful. All in all the entire staff exudes a very positive atmosphere and I would easily refer my friends and family to Capital and will definitely be going back when the time comes to trade in. More
