Going to see Brad at Leduc Chrysler was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a dealership. As stubborn as I can be. Very personable and she was able to break the paperwork down into understandable terms. I had vowed never to go to another dealership if my life depended on it. But the experience I had at Leduc Chrysler was actually really amazing. Thank you to Leduc Chrysler for everything you did for my family and I. One million percent would recommend them. More

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I spoke to their Sales Manager, Brad McDonald, almost 6 months ago and asked him to find me a very specific vehicle. Given the current stoc with. I spoke to their Sales Manager, Brad McDonald, almost 6 months ago and asked him to find me a very specific vehicle. Given the current stock levels of things since COVID I didn't expect much but 6 months down the road Brad found me the exact vehicle I was looking for! Features, model, color they got everything right. They were able to provide me accurate pictures and upon viewing the vehicle it lived up to their description. The price was more then reasonable and negotiations were a breeze. I felt no pressure to buy being here and when I did buy, I got a great value for my trade in. On the tail end of the sale Christina Randell and Andrew Stennett were awesome to deal with and finalized the sale quickly and easily. When a minor mechanical problem arose shortly after taking possession, the Service Manager Lonnie Artokivi was easy to deal with and had the vehicle in the shop within the week. The problem was fixed quickly! Overall these guys have been amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. A++++ More
