I only went in to get my car appraised. The car I really wanted wasn't there. Next thing I knew Stephan went to check. It just arrived the previous evening. I ended up driving away with a car I have wanted for MANY years, all thanks to Stephan, who found the keys and allowed me to look, sit and test drive the car; and Andrew who did the numbers and math and financial side. I drove home with a new car the same day as I went in. They gave me a fair offer for my trade in, and got me an amazing bi-weekly price that I can afford. They even got me a paint pen which can't even be ordered due to the high demand, and rarity, for the paint colour of the vehicle. I would not hesitate to go back when I am ready for something new. There was no hidden costs fees, no nonsense and they speak to you like you are a person. Treat you like family. Thank you so much, for everything.
