He was the main reason I made my purchase decision even though I was an out of town customer and had other dealer options. Lexus should be proud to have Rick representing them. His calm professional manner and attention to detail, quick responses to email/calls was outstanding. The management team was supportive of Rick when they were asked for resolution to a small matter. The Best Service Department Since I became a Lexus driver about 8 years ago, I have used the Lexus of London service department. The Service staff are top notich - knowledgeable, Since I became a Lexus driver about 8 years ago, I have used the Lexus of London service department. The Service staff are top notich - knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, quick (but not in a rush). They greet you by name and without being 'gushy', they can't do enough for you. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone driving a Lexus. More

From start to finish we had a fantastic experience. From the time we entered the showroom to the time we picked our RX everyone was very friendly. We met Sue who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle From the time we entered the showroom to the time we picked our RX everyone was very friendly. We met Sue who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at.Sue was a great listener and would always return calls and emails promptly. When we concluded our purchase the car was prepared and ready when we arrived at the dealership. The presentation of our new RX was outstanding. We would highly recommend Sue and all the other staff that made the experience so pleasant. Lexus of London is outstanding and really cares about the clients. More

satisfied client I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I also had a vehicle to trade which they had not seen. We both did our due diligence by phone and my salesperson took my questions and responded to them very professionally. When she had to consult with a shop technician, she did so to ensure that I , the customer, was given accurate information. There was no intense sales pressure, We even changed vehicles midway during our discussions as she felt that the one I purchased was more aligned with my needs. We were also able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in based on mutual trust. Payment options were handled by their Business office and optional coverages (eg Extended Warranty) were well explained. On closing day, all papers were ready and the process took approximately 1.5 hours. Both vehicles were diligently checked over and minor issues were addressed. Their delivery person took the time to walk us through and explain the features of the vehicle, a job she obviously likes doing. She also mentioned that she will serve as an ongoing resource should we have any questions. With our salesperson 'quarterbacking' our purchase, this was an excellent purchasing experience. More
